How to Keep Your Condiments Fresh
These DIY condiments can all be used immediately or refrigerated in a covered container for up to two weeks. Their unique flavor will continue to develop in the first several hours after blending.
For longer storage, freeze your homemade condiments for up to six months. Try freezing smaller portions in ice cube trays or small freezer bags so you’ll only have to defrost as much as you need. Thaw your condiments in the refrigerator to allow them to defrost gradually.
Ideas for Making Even More Condiments
Once you’ve mastered these simple blends, you can move on to even more condiment recipes. Getting creative with pre-made sauces makes it easy to scale up the yields and make big batches to share with family and friends.
