Our registered dietitians offer personalized, one-on-one virtual nutrition visits to help improve your well-being, without sacrificing time or your favorite foods.

A registered dietitian (RD) has completed specific academic and clinical training and has passed a national exam to become certified. Dietitians must also complete continuing education to maintain their credentials. While the term "nutritionist" is often used more broadly and can apply to individuals without formal training, registered dietitians are a trusted healthcare provider held to a higher standard of expertise.
Our registered dietitians are available virtually to provide personalized meal planning and guidance for a variety of needs, including managing diabetes, weight, heart health and food allergies. They work with you to create a nutrition plan tailored to your specific lifestyle and goals.
In many instances, a referral is not required. However, if you live in the following states, you do need to be referred by a healthcare provider to receive nutrition counseling from a registered dietitian: AR, CA, NE.
If you are planning to use insurance to cover medical nutrition therapy, some insurances may require a physician referral for coverage. Contact your insurance carrier for more information about your plan.
Insurance may cover some or all of the cost of a nutrition counseling visit. Many patients may be able to complete nutrition counseling visits at $0 out-of-pocket cost. Coverage varies by payer and your specific plan. We'll attempt to work directly with you and your provider to verify your coverage, co-pay and cost sharing for nutrition counseling appointments, and that your plan is participating with Kroger Co. Restrictions and exclusions apply.

Together, you'll create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. Expect a friendly, supportive session focused on setting achievable goals that fit into your lifestyle.
