Olivia Fagin (RDN, LD, NCSF-CPT, CLS) believes in the philosophy that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle. She’s dedicated to teaching the importance of moderation, sharing nutrition advice and creating fun-to-do exercises that keep patients motivated to reach their personal goals. Olivia’s father, who’s from Jamaica, taught her at a young age to love and learn about cuisines from various cultures, inspiring her lifelong journey in food and nutrition.
