At-Home COVID-19 Testing Solutions†

The Kroger Health COVID-19 Test Home Collection Kit allows you to perform sample collection for a diagnostic PCR test from the comfort of your home. This test kit requires the sample be sent to a laboratory to process the results of the sample. Results are typically available within 24-48 hours of receipt at the lab.

    • Either visit the product page to purchase a kit for $99 (you will receive a voucher) then visit the COVID-19 Test Home Collection Kit website to use your voucher, OR, if your employer or organization offers this service, visit the COVID-19 Test Home Collection Kit website and click “Get Started.”
    • There, you’ll complete our short registration process including our clinical assessment questionnaire. After validation of eligibility, your home collection kit will arrive within two business days from order approval.
    • After your kit arrives, follow the included instructions to prepare and collect your sample. Drop the packaged kit off at a UPS drop-off location.
    • Results are typically available on the patient portal within 24-48 hours of receipt at the lab. If your test result is negative for an active infection of COVID-19, your results will be made available digitally. If your test result is positive for an active infection of COVID-19, you will also receive a phone call from a licensed healthcare professional.
    • The cost of each home collection kit is $99. If the service is available via your employer or organization, there is no cost to you at the time of order.

The BinaxNOW COVID-19 Antigen Self Test is a serial rapid antigen test that allows you to perform sample collection at home and receive results within 15 minutes.

    • You can purchase the BinaxNOW COVID-19 Antigen Self Test in-store or on our website. There is no appointment or prescription necessary. Please visit our website to find a participating store near you.
    • Once home, follow the instructions included with the kit to perform the nasal swab sample collection and complete the test.
    • Results are typically available within 15 minutes of test completion. Review the instructions included in the kit for details on how to determine test results.
    • Perform the second test included in the kit three days later with at least 36 hours between tests.
    • The cost of this test is $23.99, due at the time of purchase; it is not covered by health insurance but is HSA/FSA eligible.

COVID-19 Pharmacy & Clinic Testing Services†

Rapid Antibody Tests detect a past infection. You should select this test to find out if you have antibodies from an infection that was more than four weeks ago. This test does not detect active infection.

    • Upon arrival to the testing facility, affix your mask and proceed inside the clinic or pharmacy to check-in.
    • During the testing procedure, a finger stick is conducted by our licensed healthcare provider.
    • Results are typically available within 15 minutes. A licensed healthcare professional will notify you of your test results at the end of the appointment.
    • The cost of this test is $25, due at the time of your visit; it is not covered by health insurance.
    • This test is available at Our Family of Pharmacies in all states except Nevada, as well as all locations of The Little Clinic.

COVID-19 Clinic Testing Services†

The viral diagnostic test is used to detect an active infection. This test may be offered to you if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been knowingly exposed to the virus. This test may also be provided if required by your travel partner or by your healthcare provider pre-surgery.

    • Upon arrival to the testing facility, park in the designated area and call the clinic. Remain in your vehicle until a clinic associate instructs you to proceed into the clinic area for your appointment with the provider.
    • A facial covering or mask is required to be worn at all times within the store and clinic area.
    • During the testing procedure, you will receive a nasal swab under the supervision of our licensed healthcare provider.
    • Results are typically available within 72-96 hours. A licensed healthcare professional will contact you via phone if a positive test result is confirmed. Negative test results will be available in the patient portal and also released via text or email.
    • The cost of the visit is $94 and is typically covered by most health insurance plans. The laboratory may bill an additional $99 fee for the viral test if not covered by insurance.

The Antibody Blood Test is a send-away antibody test used to detect a past infection. You should select this test to find out if you have antibodies from a previous infection (more than four weeks ago). If you’re currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please schedule a diagnostic test (Viral Test or Rapid Antigen Test), both of which are detailed above.

    • Upon arrival to the testing facility, affix your mask and proceed inside the clinic.

    • Results are typically available within 72-96 hours. A licensed healthcare professional will contact you via phone if a positive test result is confirmed. Negative test results will be available in the patient portal and also released via text or email.
    • The cost of the visit is $94 and is typically covered by most health insurance plans. There is an additional lab fee which may be billed to you by the laboratory depending on your insurance plan coverage.

Prescription Delivery

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Kroger Family of Pharmacies will waive prescription delivery fees through May 31, 2021. In many areas, if your order is placed by 11:00 a.m. local time, it can be processed the same day, and if it’s after 11:00 a.m. local time, it will be processed the following business day.     All three vaccines authorized in the United States are safe and effective. They cannot be compared because the vaccines have not been studied in head-to-head comparisons or trials. Additionally, the clinical trials for each vaccine occurred in different circumstances that may have influenced the trial outcomes like geography, points in time, and variant circulations. The FDA, CDC, and ACIP have not declared preference for one vaccine over another. The best vaccine is the first one available to you!

    Yes! We offer everyday and travel vaccinations, including flu, shingles, hepatitis, meningitis and more. COVID-19 vaccines are available at select locations. To protect our associates, other customers and you, we will provide you a mask to wear while receiving your vaccine if you don’t have one.
