Our family of pharmacies has received a limited supply of the COVID-19 vaccine in select areas and our licensed health care professionals are partnering with federal and state agencies to administer the doses in accordance with each jurisdiction’s rollout plans.
This page will be regularly updated with information on vaccine availability and eligibility by state. Please check back often for new locations and updated eligibility criteria.
Note: The COVID-19 vaccine is not available at Little Clinic locations at this time.

Idaho

- Current eligibility: Idaho residents only in Group 1 and Group 2, including seniors (65+), per Idaho state guidelines

Illinois
- Limited quantities available at select locations for Illinois residents only
- Current eligibility: Seniors (65+), health care workers, long-term care facilities' residents and staff, and non-health care frontline essential workers.
- Beginning March 1, individuals 16+ with comorbidities and underlying conditions, as well as individuals with disabilities will be eligible per state guidelines. (Excluding City of Chicago, Cook County, and DuPage County)

Indiana
- Limited quantities available at select locations for Indiana residents only (health care workers that live in another state but work in Indiana are eligible with a verified ID/badge)
- Current eligibility: Health care workers and volunteers who have physical or close contact with patients, long-term care facilities' staff and residents, first responders (firefighter, police, EMS, reservist, correctional officer) who are regularly called to the scene of an emergency to give medical aid, and seniors (60+), per state guidelines
