Consent is required to participate in the Program, and you must be 18 or older to participate. Message frequency may vary.   

Program communications may include messages about immunizations, clinical services, clinical trials, savings opportunities, or other health-related benefits and services that may be of interest to you. You agree that these messages may include limited personal information about you, and whoever has access to the mobile phone or carrier account will also be able to see this information.
