Blend of dry white wines macerated with botanicals, including saffron from Greece, lavender from France, cloves from Madagascar and cocoa beans from Venezuela. Complex herbal notes with aromas of clove, spice and hints of lavender. Light to medium sweet and spicy wines with a subtle notes of bitter cocoa and a wealth of botanicals. The Noilly Prat Vermouth is made thanks to a traditional craft, from the outdoor aging process to the unique maceration process known as the dodinage (stirring by hand). Beautifully crafted in the South of France and produced only in very small quantities each year due to the rare herbs and spices used in the secret recipe.
