Easy 3-Ingredient Chocolate “Ice Cream”

Combine Jell-O Pudding and Cool Whip for a new, simple take on a classic dessert.

Prep Time: 5 min.

Total Time: 4 hours 5 min.

Makes: 4 servings (about 2/3 cup each)

What You Need

1 pkg. (1.5 oz.) JELL-O Zero Sugar Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding

1/2 cup milk

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Zero Sugar Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Make It

BEAT pudding mix, milk and 1 cup COOL WHIP in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in remaining COOL WHIP.

SPOON pudding mixture into the empty COOL WHIP tub; cover with lid.

FREEZE 4 hrs. or until firm. Let stand at room temperature about 15 min. before serving.

Substitute:

Prepare recipe as directed, using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Zero Sugar Instant Pudding.

Fun Idea:

Add 1/2 cup of your favorite ice cream mix-ins, such as mini chocolate chips or crushed candy canes, to the COOL WHIP mixture before spooning into the tub and freezing as directed.

Storage Know-How:

After the dessert is completely frozen, cover the surface with plastic wrap, pressing the plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dessert. Cover the tub with lhe lid. Store in freezer up to 1 week before serving.
