Cinnamon Hibiscus Mocktail

Ingredients
- 8 hibiscus tea bags
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 cups boiling water
- 36 oz. zero-sugar ginger beer
Directions
- In a large heat-proof container combine hibiscus tea, cinnamon sticks and water. Allow to steep at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until completely chilled.
- Just before serving, transfer to a pitcher and combine with ginger beer. Serve over ice.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
