Dairy-Free 7-Layer Dip

Serve this plant-based, fiesta-inspired dip for your family. Perfect with tortilla chips or even fresh veggies for dipping.

  • 1 can (16 oz.) vegetarian refried beans
  • 8 ounces guacamole
  • 1 can (11 oz.) Fiesta Style Corn, drained
  • 10 ounces pico de gallo
  • 1⁄2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1⁄2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or jarred)
  • 1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Tortilla chips, for serving


  • Spread refried beans evenly in the bottom of an 8”x8” pan.
  • Top with an even layer of guacamole, followed by corn and pico de gallo.
  • Sprinkle with olives, jalapeños and cilantro.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or raw veggies.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
