Easy Homemade Meatballs
These homemade meatballs are as easy to make as they are delicious. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup yellow onion, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound 93% lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- In medium bowl, stir together breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit about 1 minute.
- Add egg, Parmesan, onion, parsley, salt and pepper; mix well. Mix in beef. Use hands to gently combine.
- Form mixture into about 1½” balls. Arrange meatballs on baking tray.
- In large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add oil. Once hot, add just enough meatballs to fit in pan. Cook about 2 minutes, until deeply browned on bottom.
- Use tong to carefully turn meatballs. Continue cooking about 10 to 12 minutes, until browned on all sides and cooked through. Place cooked meatballs on serving platter or tray; repeat cooking process with remaining meatballs.
- Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
