Keto Avocado Chocolate Mousse
Ready in just minutes, this better-for-you, keto-friendly mousse is made with avocado, coconut cream and cocoa powder.

- 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1⁄2 cup canned coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1⁄2 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sweetener
- Dark chocolate shavings, for serving
- In blender, combine avocados, coconut cream, heavy cream, cocoa powder and powdered sweetener; blend until smooth.
- Transfer mixture into piping bag. Pipe or spoon into dessert cups. Top with chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
