Leftover Stuffing Waffles
These stuffing waffles are a great way to eat up leftovers. Simply top fresh waffles with any leftover mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole or cranberry sauce, and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 4 cups leftover stuffing, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Directions
- Heat waffle iron to medium high. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine stuffing, parsley and eggs. Evenly and firmly pack the waffle iron with some of the stuffing mixture. Cook until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes. Repeat with remaining stuffing mixture.
- Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
